Courtroom
All court matters will be heard in the hearing room located at 160 N. LaSalle, Room N506, Chicago, Illinois, unless another location is specifically designated. The Tax Tribunal will hold hearings in Springfield, Illinois or at alternate locations throughout Illinois when appropriate.
Filings
All filings, including the original petition, and notices of filings, may be served upon the Tax Tribunal via email at ITT.TaxTribunal@Illinois.gov. Each filing should be sent as a searchable PDF. The parties are encouraged to serve all filings on each other via email as well. Hard copy courtesy copies are unnecessary unless ordered by the Court.
Submitting a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request
Requests made under the Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 et. seq.) must be submitted in writing and can be mailed to:
